Non Fault After Care:
If the accident is not your fault, our After Care Service will take all the responsibility from you and liaise directly with your insurers and the responsible parties insurers on your behalf, taking away the burden and putting your mind at rest.
- You will have no policy excess to pay and your no claims bonus will not be affected
- We will guarantee quality repairs using genuine manufacturer approved parts only
- We will provide you with a free replacement hire vehicle (of similar size and specification) to use whilst repairs to your vehicle are being carried out
At Fault After Care:
If you have experienced an accident and been at fault, then our After Care Service is on hand to provide you with the reassurance of a quality repair and excellent customer service to give you peace of mind when you need it most.
Every After Care repair will be covered by our BSI 10125 and Manufacturer Approval standards.
